Customer accounts

Users may create a RASATA account to access features such as restaurant reservations, saved information, offers and other services made available through the platform.
When creating an account, users must provide accurate and current information and are responsible for keeping their account details up to date. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities carried out through their account.
Users must not create accounts using false information, impersonate another person, attempt to access another user's account, misuse the platform, or use RASATA for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.
RASATA reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or conduct that may harm RASATA, participating restaurants, other users or the operation of the platform.
By creating an account or using RASATA, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and other applicable RASATA policies.

Reservations and cancellations

RASATA provides a platform that helps users discover participating restaurants and submit or manage restaurant reservations.
When making a reservation, users are responsible for providing accurate information, including the correct date, time, number of guests and any other information requested during the reservation process.
A reservation made through RASATA is subject to the restaurant's availability, operating hours, capacity and applicable reservation policies. Participating restaurants remain responsible for table allocation, seating and the delivery of restaurant services.
Users should arrive at the restaurant according to their confirmed reservation details. Late arrival, failure to attend, changes in guest numbers or other circumstances may affect the restaurant's ability to honour the original reservation.
If a user can no longer attend a reservation, the user should cancel or modify it as early as reasonably possible through the available RASATA functionality or appropriate restaurant communication channel. Repeated reservation abuse, intentionally false reservations, excessive no-shows or misuse of the reservation system may result in restrictions being placed on a user's RASATA account. RASATA does not guarantee that every reservation will result in a completed restaurant visit, meal or purchase.

Restaurant responsibility

Restaurants displayed on RASATA are independently operated businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, RASATA and OWNIT (PVT) LTD do not own, manage or control the day-to-day operations of participating restaurants.
Each restaurant remains responsible for its food preparation, food quality, food safety, ingredients, allergen information, menu accuracy, prices, taxes, service charges, opening hours, licences, hygiene requirements, employees, customer service, seating, capacity and general restaurant operations.
Restaurant information displayed through RASATA may be provided or approved by the relevant restaurant. Restaurants are responsible for informing RASATA when their information requires updating.
Users with allergies, dietary requirements, medical concerns or specific ingredient requirements should confirm the relevant information directly with the restaurant before ordering or consuming food.
RASATA provides restaurant discovery and reservation technology and does not prepare, manufacture, handle, cook or serve food offered by participating restaurants.

Reviews and promotions

RASATA may allow users to submit ratings, reviews, comments or other feedback about restaurant experiences.
Users must provide reviews in good faith and must not intentionally submit false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful content. RASATA may moderate, restrict or remove content that violates platform policies, applicable requirements or the rights of restaurants, users or third parties.
Restaurants may make promotions, discounts, special offers or other benefits available through RASATA. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are subject to the individual terms, availability, dates, eligibility requirements and limitations specified for the relevant offer.
An offer displayed on RASATA may expire, become unavailable or be changed according to its applicable conditions. Users should review the conditions associated with an offer before relying on it or making a reservation.
RASATA does not guarantee the continuous availability of every promotion, restaurant listing, menu item or special offer displayed through the platform.

Platform limitations and termination

RASATA aims to provide a reliable restaurant discovery and reservation experience; however, continuous or uninterrupted availability of the platform cannot be guaranteed.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable or experience limitations because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, internet or hosting interruptions, third-party services, security requirements or circumstances outside RASATA's reasonable control.
Restaurant availability, menus, prices, operating hours, promotions, images and other restaurant information may change. RASATA aims to provide useful and current information but cannot guarantee that all restaurant-supplied information will remain accurate at all times.
RASATA may modify, update, suspend or discontinue particular platform features where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security, legal or business reasons. RASATA may restrict or terminate access to the platform where a user seriously or repeatedly violates these Terms and Conditions, attempts to misuse the platform, engages in fraudulent activity, interferes with platform operation or creates a risk to restaurants, other users or RASATA.
Users may stop using RASATA at any time. Account closure or termination does not automatically remove obligations, reservations, records or matters that arose before the effective date of closure where those records are reasonably required.
